The Clinical Skin Clear system is an innovative device combining the energies of High Frequency and Radio Frequency into an active controlled current that is highly attracted to moisture/fluids.
It’s most notable effect is the drying up or denaturing of the skin cells as the Radio Frequency (attracted to fluids) causes them to heat and dry up, the High Frequency is also introduced at the same time, which as it operates on a different frequency range, also has a different effect on the skin tissue. In this case the High Frequency disrupts the pain/heat sensory communication to the brain allowing the patient to receive the treatment without the intense sensation of heat or pain.
Numbing or pain blockers are not required and post treatment care is mostly to keep the treatment area dry and covered for at least 24 hours to allow the treated skin to settle.
